MANYACARE may suspend or discontinue participation when behaviour threatens the safety, privacy or dignity of another person.
- • Adults aged 18 and above only.
- • Voluntary participation.
- • Professional boundaries are respected.
- • Approved public venues for in-person activities.
- • No private hotel-room or home-based activity unless separately approved for a qualified clinical service.
- • Approved communication channels.
- • No romantic or sexual services.
- • No harassment, stalking or coercion.
- • No threats or inappropriate recording.
- • Participant right to report concerns.
- • Professional right to end an unsafe interaction.
- • Reassignment where operationally possible.
- • No direct personal payments to staff.
- • No expensive personal gifts.
- • Substance-safety expectations.
- • Group-event conduct rules.
- • Not an emergency service.
