Four-week structure
Week 1 — Understand

Week 2 — Rebuild

- • Fitness, grooming or presentation support where relevant.
- • Emotional-regulation activities.
- • Specialist session where required.
- • First progress review.
Week 3 — Practise
- • Structured real-world activities.

- • Guided participation in appropriate public settings.
- • Feedback on communication and behaviour.
- • Continued emotional or professional support.
- • Second progress review.
Week 4 — Move Forward
- • Review of initial goals.
- • Selected community activity where operationally available.
- • Consolidation conversation.
- • Identification of continuing support needs.
- • Creation of a practical continuation roadmap.
- • Specialist referrals where necessary.
- • Final 30-day review.
Activities vary according to the participant’s situation, suitability, professional recommendations, location, safety and service availability.
Professional-support route
Depending on the situation, the care team may recommend a qualified psychologist, counsellor or psychotherapist, structured confidence support, breakup recovery, communication, fitness, grooming, nutrition or career mentoring support.
Community component
Selected pilot groups may include one curated community experience. Participation is optional and based on suitability, consent and safety.

The first private introductory call is free. Program scope, inclusions and pricing are discussed only after the free suitability conversation. No paid service begins until the complete plan, price and terms have been explained and accepted.
